Andrographis / Kalmegh
Andrographis paniculata
Andrographolide activates immune cells, inhibits NF-κB, induces cell cycle arrest, and promotes apoptosis in colon, liver, breast, and lung cancer cells. Clinical studies in China have used andrographis with conventional cancer therapy, showing reduced tumour markers and improved immune function.

Kalmegh Tea
Boil 1 tsp dried leaf in 2 cups water 10 min. Very bitter — add honey. Drink twice daily.
