Punica granatum
Ellagic acid, punicalagins, and urolithins (produced by gut bacteria from pomegranate polyphenols) show potent anti-tumour effects. Clinical studies in prostate cancer show pomegranate juice significantly slows PSA doubling time. Activity demonstrated against colon, breast, and lung cancers as well.

Seeds of 1–2 pomegranates daily. Rich in urolithin precursors.
