Beta-lapachone from Pau d'Arco inner bark inhibits topoisomerase I and II (targets of several cancer drugs), generating reactive oxygen species that selectively damage cancer cells. Pau d'Arco Bark Tea
Simmer 2–3 tbsp dried inner bark in 1 litre water for 20 min. Drink 2–3 cups daily.
