Preparations
Fennel Seed Tea
Crush 1–2 tsp fennel seeds and steep in hot water 10 min. Excellent after-meal tea during chemotherapy for nausea.

Cautions & Interactions
- Contains phytoestrogens — caution in ER+ breast cancer without oncologist consultation
- Avoid in pregnancy in medicinal doses
