Remission
BreastStage IIIIntegrative

I was diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer in January 2022 after feeling a lump during self-examination. I chose an integrative approach doing the conventional chemotherapy my oncologist recommended while adding a rigorous supplement and dietary protocol. The hardest part was staying disciplined during chemo when I felt terrible. Twelve months later, my PET scan came back clear. I cannot say with certainty which part made the biggest difference, but I believe the combination particularly the IV Vitamin C and the mushroom complex helped me tolerate chemo far better than my fellow patients.

ProstateStage IIFully Natural

My PSA was 11.2 when I was diagnosed with Gleason 6 prostate cancer. My urologist recommended active surveillance. I chose active surveillance plus a fully natural approach and tracked my PSA every 3 months. At 6 months it was 8.4. At 12 months 4.1. At 18 months 1.8 officially normal. My oncologist is puzzled but pleased. I credit the strict vegan diet, modified citrus pectin, and daily Giloy most highly.

LungStage IVIntegrative

I have Stage IV non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS mutation, which limits my targeted therapy options. I went on immunotherapy and simultaneously started this protocol. My tumour markers dropped 60% and the largest lesion shrank from 4.2 cm to 2.8 cm. I am not cured, but I am stable and living fully. The mistletoe has been the most impactful addition my immune response has noticeably improved.

Remission
ColonStage IIIntegrative

After my surgery and 6 months of FOLFOX chemotherapy, I was in remission but terrified of recurrence. I added this gut-focused protocol. My gastroenterologist was sceptical but supportive. Three years on, my colonoscopies remain clear. The berberine and sulforaphane were my two key additions based on the research I found.

Stable
OvarianStage IIIIntegrative

Ovarian cancer at 41 was a shock. After debulking surgery and six rounds of carboplatin/paclitaxel, my CA-125 has remained stable at 28 for 18 months. I feel this protocol, particularly the DIM and I3C, has kept the cancer from progressing. I'm cautiously optimistic and continue the protocol indefinitely.

LymphomaStage IIFully Natural

I had Hodgkin lymphoma Stage IIA at 34. My haematologist recommended ABVD chemotherapy. I sought a second opinion which confirmed the diagnosis. I chose watchful waiting with an aggressive natural protocol, knowing I could start chemo at any time. My PET scan at 6 months showed significant reduction in all nodes. At 14 months, I had two small residual nodes. My oncologist agreed to continue monitoring. The exercise protocol was perhaps the most impactful change I made.
