Haritaki / Black Myrobalan
Terminalia chebula
Haritaki, one of the three fruits in Triphala, contains chebulagic acid, chebulinic acid, and gallic acid — potent antioxidants with documented anti-tumour activity against colon, liver, and stomach cancers. It stimulates detoxification, improves gut motility (important during cancer treatment), and has rasayana (anti-aging) properties.
