Stinging Nettle
Urtica dioica
Stinging nettle root extract shows anti-cancer activity against prostate cancer through inhibition of sex hormone-binding globulin and aromatase. Nettle leaves are extraordinarily nutrient-dense, providing iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins needed during cancer treatment. Nettle lectins also stimulate immune cell activity.
