Drug Science
The science behind repurposed drugs, cancer pathway biology, and emerging therapies. From the COC protocol to molecular targets — evidence-based and clearly explained.
Off-Label Drug Use — Consult Your Doctor
Information about repurposed drugs describes off-label uses that are not approved by regulatory agencies. This is not a recommendation to take any drug.
COC Protocol — MSMD
Metformin · Statin · Mebendazole · Doxycycline
Four inexpensive repurposed drugs targeting multiple cancer hallmarks simultaneously. Developed by the Care Oncology Clinic in London. Supported by the landmark METRICS Trial.

What is Drug Repurposing?
Drug repurposing (or repositioning) identifies new uses for existing approved drugs. Since these drugs have known safety profiles, they can often be added to conventional cancer treatment faster and cheaper than developing new oncology drugs. The COC Protocol is the most structured example — using metformin, statins, mebendazole, and doxycycline together based on their overlapping anti-cancer mechanisms.
